    Roasting is the name of the game for this Mealtime Box. These meats are sure to melt in your mouth (as long as you know what you’re doing, but we have faith in you). This 100% grass fed and finished beef is sourced from a sustainable, organically managed family farm in central Pennsylvania.

    (2) Pounds Bone-In Shank 

    *Orders for this box must be placed by Tuesday to pick up (or delivery) the following Tuesday (or Thursday), or Friday to pick up (or delivery) the following Thursday (or after). This is due to farm delivery schedules. 

    Comes frozen.

    Pickup:

    All pickup orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, and there is no minimum order. (Please make sure to place Saturday pickup orders by 9 am on Friday.)

    Orders can be picked up at our location in the Strip District at 2840 Smallman Street.

    Shipping: All orders are shipped frozen.

    Please note, if your order contains items from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch the lead times will be more than 24 hours. Jubilee Hilltop Ranch orders will need to be placed by Monday at 10 am for pickup on Thursday or delivery the following Wednesday.
